The Deftech remote control weapon station (RCWS) was developed for domestic and export sales.
The standard system is armed with a .50-caliber M2 HB (heavy barrel) machine gun, but other weapons, such as a 7.62-mm machine gun or 40-mm automatic grenade launcher could be fitted. The ammunition box is mounted on the left with the Selex Sensors and Airborne Systems surveillance target and weap on sight (STAWS) on the right.
