The 30-mm Giat Model 781 (M781) electrically operated aircraft cannon (also known as the Nexter 30) is deployed in a chin turret on the French HAP and HAD versions of the Franco-German Tiger attack helicopter. The gun's single-feed firing sequence is motor-driven and its rate of fire can be adjusted electronically up to 720 rounds per minute.
