The EMB 121 Xingu is a multi-role Brazilian aircraft, used as a multi-engine trainer, VIP transport, liaison aircraft and general purpose light transport.
The Xingu has a short-coupled fuselage that tapers sharply behind the passenger compartment; small strakes are mounted on the tailcone below the fin. A low wing of very slight taper is mounted at mid-fuselage and carries twin turboprop engines in large nacelles; these drive four-blade Hartzell propellers.
