The Silver Fox is a small, tactical unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), designed and developed jointly by the Office of Naval Research's Tech Solutions group and Advanced Ceramics Research. The goal of the Silver Fox program was to develop a lightweight, inexpensive and expendable UAV, capable of flying for an extended duration at up to 60 knots (69 mph, 111 kmh).
