The Scarab is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) developed under contract for the Egyptian armed forces. Its primary mission is low-level photo reconnaissance.

The Scarab uses a turbojet engine and a booster motor originally designed for the Harpoon missile (see separate database entry); booster-assisted takeoff is the normal launch mode.
