The Pchela-1T uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) is part of a mobile system for performing real-time surveillance with onboard TV equipment. The Pchela can conduct operations at ranges up to 40 mi (60 km) from the ground remote-control post.

The system of vehicles combined with the UAV has also been called the Stroy-P system.
