The Orka-1200 unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), built by the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co. (EADS), was developed from the French Guimbal Cabri helicopter. The basis for the Orka UAV, the two-seat Cabri G2 light helicopter, was designed by Eurocopter engineer Bruno Guimbal. The Cabri is powered by a 150-hp Lycoming engine; it has a fenestron-type tail rotor and a three-blade main rotor. The Cabri is built largely of composite materials.
