The Eagle is a joint French/Dutch program. It is an interim medium-altitude long-endurance (MALE) unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) intended for use in surveillance and intelligence missions. Known as the Harfang in French service, the system has been described as an interim step to the MQ-9 Reaper, which France began procuring in 2014.
