The DRAC (drones de reconnaissance au contact) is a miniature unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system in service with the French army. It is based on SurveyCopter's Tracker UAV system.
The system is intended to provide intelligence and reconnaissance capabilities to frontline army units.
A primary objective of the DRAC system is to detect the presence of advancing infantry units or vehicles in a particular reconnaissance sector without the use of ground sensors.
