The BLA-07 is a short-range tactical unmanned aerial vehicle developed for the Russian Ministry of Defense. According to some reports, they were to be built for the Russian navy.
The air vehicle has a canard layout with a ducted pusher propeller aft. It is launched from a catapult and lands by parachute. The BLA-07 may be able to be launched from rocket systems as well.
