The Il-114 is a passenger aircraft designed for regional airlines. A military patrol version is also under development.
The aircraft has a free lift monoplane design. The airframe features composite metal alloys, including titanium, to reduce its overall weight. It was designed for operations from unpaved airfields or short runways even in poor weather.
