The T-625 Gokbey is a utility helicopter developed in Turkey under the Indigenous Helicopter Program. The twin-engine, medium helicopter is in the 6-metric ton class. It is expected to replace several hundred UH-1s in service with the Turkish army and air force. In military service, the T-625 is expected to perform search-and-rescue, troop transport and casualty evacuation missions.
The T-625 has a crew of two. The cabin can be configured to carry up to 12 passengers.
