The SH-2F is a light anti-submarine warfare (ASW) helicopter, adapted from the earlier HU2K Seasprite utility helicopter. It was the original airborne component of the light airborne multipurpose system (LAMPS I) and is being sold by Kaman. The Seasprite has been nearly replaced in U.S. service by the SH-60 (LAMPS III) and is only operated as part of the Naval Reserve Force.
