C-9 Nightingale

The C-9A/C and C-9B are militarized DC-9 civil air transports, employed respectively as medical aircraft, VIP transports and medium-range transports. Aside from the markings and large cargo door, there are no observable external differences between the DC-9 and C-9 aircraft. They differ mainly in avionics and in accommodations for cargo and passengers.
