H-5 (Hongzhaji-5) light bomber

Country of Origin: China

The H-5 is a Chinese adaptation of the Il-28 Beagle (see separate record), a twin-engine light bomber that was mass-produced by the former Soviet Union. It is also used as a maritime strike and trainer aircraft.

The bomber has a crew of three, consisting of a pilot, navigator/bombardier and radio operator/gunner.
