The Q-5 (Quangji-5 or Qiang-5) Fantan strike aircraft is derived from the J-6, a Chinese version of the Soviet MiG-19 Farmer, but has been substantially modified and may be considered a distinct design in its own right. It is a rugged design and relatively simple to operate.
