Paraguayan People’s Army (EPP)

Paraguay, particularly the northern department of Concepcion and the surrounding areas. The group conducts most of its attacks in the Arroyito and Horqueta districts.
stated purpose
The EPP aims to overthrow the Paraguayan government and replace it with a Marxist state.
Its ideology is influenced Karl Marx and Che Guevara, as well as the ideas of Jose Gaspar Rodriguez de Francia, an early Paraguayan dictator.
